How It Works
- Refer a landlord client using the form below.
- When they sign a 12-month management agreement and we lease their property, you earn $1,000.
- We handle property management only — when your client is ready to buy or sell, they return to you.
Referral Requirements
To keep our program fair and sustainable, referrals must meet these guidelines:
- Minimum property rent: $2,000/month
- Single-family homes or townhomes in rentable condition
- Owner must sign a 12-month management agreement
- Professional inspection required (inspection fee collected upfront from owner and credited toward leasing fee)
- Recently purchased homes (with inspection in last 6 months) may qualify for a waiver
